The lower mainland of BC is looking for a banner year post Olympics.   Bernie Magnan, chief economist with the Vancouver Board of Trade is cautiously optimistic there will be positive growth in 2010. Media exposure will alert 4 billion people to Vancouver and Whistler.    Technology will continue to be a main player in BC economic development and construction is anticipated to grow from 2009 numbers.
